Our Mission
We will bring authentic Southern food to Calhoun County, MI and surrounding cities. We’re talking gumbos, chowder, southern sandwiches – everything delicious about traditional Louisiana cuisine. Michigan has been missing out on this far too long .
We’re going to connect the community and local cities to each other through our great tasting cuisine that is prepared utilizing fresh ingredients. We value family, teamwork and community involvement.
